NCS Return Policy

National Computer Solutions honors all our manufacturers warranties for the period each warrantee
designates for the item purchased from National Computer Solutions.

All Products must be inspected upon delivery to determine if any damage has occurred during shipping.
All damages due to shipping must be recorded at that time. National Computer Solutions will replace,
free of charge, any product that is reported and noted with the shipper, DAMAGED, at the time the
product was signed for receipt.

Products returned in new condition, in original packaging, without damage or defect, returned for any
other reason, within 30 days of original purchase, will be subjected to a 30% restocking fee,
original shipping charges, and return shipping charge. Credit will be issued on remaining balance
for other items purchased from NCS.
